The kit is in two parts:
- Part 1 is a troubleshooting guide for when something’s already broken. It will help to break down where the problem may be, and when to call for help instead of trying to fix it yourself.
- Part 2 is “preventative maintenance”, otherwise known as proactive technology governance. It steps through a full technology audit that includes website, domain name(s), web hosting, email, social media, club management software, invoicing and more. It also provides a simple guide to moving accounts into a shared, role-based structure which will survive committee turnover.
